Morning sun has risen - it's your time to shine

For many years I ran music classes for toddlers and their caregivers. Every September our autumn term began with an 'on the farm' theme...the opening song about a rooster call always makes me smile so I have paraphrased it's content in the title .....if I wrote the whole song down I would be disowned by the resident teenager.....the eye rolls are palpable as I find myself humming the tune......Anyway Morning Sun has risen, it's time to rise and shine ...for it is morning time........move that fantastic body, feel your breath, know your mind, invest in yourself!!
